Punjab Education Commission is responsible for conducting the examination for grade 5th every year. This commission organizing exams of grade 5th from 2006. Many of children participate in this examination. Some of people consider that exams for the children is not compulsory but optional. The aim of the commission is to improve education of children at elementary level and check the teaching skills of teachers.  Punjab Education Commission has announced the date sheet for class 5th recently. The exams will be start from the quarter of February 2015. The examination in this year are late then previous years due to long winter vacation.

 There are 36 cities included in this commission. The name of that cities are these; Abotabad, Chiniot, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Mianwali, Kasoor, Attak, Jehlum, Viharhi,Layyah, Khanewal, Murree, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Mandi bahaudin, Khushab, Nankana sahib, Narowal, Sialkot, DG khan, Sahiwal, Okara, Hafizabad, Lodhran, Shaikhupura, Chakwal, Rahim yar khan, Rajanpur, Jhang and Toba teksingh. Azad Kashmir board also announced the Date sheet with PEC and announce the result at the same date as PEC. 
 The subjects included in the final examinations 2015 are Urdu, English, Math and Islamiat/Ethics. The result will be announced of the examination at 30th March 2015.

  • Punjab Education Commission has decided to change the Question paper pattern of 5th and 8th class in upcoming examination of 2015.
  • The Question paper will consist 50% objective 50 percent subjective in upcoming examinations.

Lahore: Punjab Examination Commission has chosen to change in inquiries papers of fifth and eighth class in promising new exams. The target allotment will be reducing for yearly exams of 2015 though every hopeful will be given separate inquiry papers. On the first segment of inquiry papers the cancellation of target sort is to dispense with from 80 percent to 50 percent for the understudies of fifth and eighth class. In earlier years, the inquiry paper comprises of 80 percent of goal and 20 percent of subjective.



This is simple for the contender to comprehend however now it has been confounded for the understudies. In earlier years understudies were given same sort of inquiry papers of each line and section. At the same time now in promising new exams, organization will be given six, six packs of partitioned inquiry papers which are dispersed among the understudies of each line.
