Normally, Lahore Board conducts Inter annual exams in May and declares result after two /three month of the exams. Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Lahore is one of the biggest board of education working in the region of Lahore. The board was established in 1954 to hold the matriculation and intermediate annual examination. Every year a large number of students appear in the examination of Matric and Intermediate part 1 & part 2 conducted by the board. BISE Lahore is also conduct annual examination in its nearing regions under its umbrella of its affiliated districts like Lahore, Kasur, Nankana Sahib and Okara.
