BISE Sukkur Board was came into being in1979 and after the one year of duration the board organized the exams for the first time in 1980. There are many areas come under the jurisdiction of BISE Sukkur and these are district Sukkur, Ghotki, Khairpur and Naushahro Feeroze. The board has authority to hold exams for both Matriculation and Intermediate level in all its districts. BISE Sukkur procedure are quite different from other typical board.
