In 1961 the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Hyderabad Board started functioning as a supervisory body to organize exams for the students linked with it. There are two main levels, SSC and HSSC and organization of exams is made for these groups. The board is empowered with several responsibilities and authorities and all the affiliated schools and colleges are bound to follow the rules and regulations of the board.
