Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal has recently established on 15th June 2012. Before the creation of BISE Sahiwal BISE Multan board was responsible to take the examinations of Sahiwal and students living in this area were facing problems due to faraway of BISE Multan but when the Punjab Government made the Sahiwal district so secondary and high secondary board was also been created for conducting the exams of matric and intermediate every year.
