The affiliated Zone of BISE Lahore are Nankana Sahib, Shekhupura, Okara, Kasor and Lahore itself. Before its establishment all the Matric/SSC and Intermediate/HSSC exams were taking by the Punjab University Lahore. Afterwards, it was formed in a separate body because of increasing educational needs of the students of Lahore and its concerned areas. This body called BISE Lahore.BISE Lahore main purpose to conduct exams, control the education system and improve education system in the country of Pakistan. BISE Lahore is provide required facilities to the students and organise fair & crystal clear environment for all the affiliated areas examination system.
