BISE Lhr is called for BISE Lahore Board. BISE Lhr board was founded in 1954 for Matric Part 1 & 2 and Inter part 1 & 2 annual exams. Lahore Board conducts exams for Okara, Nankana Sahib, Kasur and Sheikhupura districts. Every year thousand of candidates appear for Matric and inter exams from BISE Lhr board districts.

Lahore Board (Higher Secondary School Certificate) HSSC part 1 and 2 annual exams will be begin from 30 April 2014. All Bise boards of Punjab HSSC part 1 and 2 exams are going to be started from 30 April 2014.

HSSC part 2 exams will take first from 30 April and finish from 16 May 2014 while part 1 exams will take from 17 may after the part 2 exams and ending from 2 June, 2014.
