The board of the Bahawalpur is organizing the examination of class 5th under the PEC. PEC was formed in the year of 2005 and conducting the examination from the 2006 in all over the Punjab. This authority of the PEC is responsible and answerable to the ministry of the education about the development of the education at the primary level. The PEC conducts the examination to check the learning knowledge of the students and teaching skills of the teachers at this level.
