Before 1988 Faisalabad and Sargodha worked as a unit but after the passage of time when number of students increased then Faisalabad board established separately in 1988. The students of Jhang, Chiniot and Toba teksingh and Faisalabd take the benefits from this board. The main purpose of the establishment of this board is to provide the facilities to the students of this era. Students register themselves to this board before the conduction of examination. The objective of the SSC examination is to check out knowledge of students and teaching skills of teachers at secondary level. This board also works under the ministry of boards like other boards.
The board organizes the matriculation examination in March usually. BISE fsb divides the students in 3 categories like science group, genral science group and arts groups. In year 2015 it is said that the exams of matric will be start from 2nd March. The whole date sheet still not announced by the BISE Faisalabad. The BISE Faisalabad announce the date sheet 3 to 4 weeks ago from the exams. The board is going to announce the date sheet of class 10th very soon. This page will show the date as it will be issue.
